Booking & Cancellation Policy Customers are welcome to request consultation online at their convenience. A request for information does not constitute a confirmed appointment. We understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your appointment once it is confirmed. However, please note the following: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 25% of the total service cost.
